No Refund Policy: All payments made for digital subscriptions, PDF access, or mentorship services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Edvantage.
Upon initiating a payment transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with Edvantage to avail of the chosen Service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Fair Use
Proprietary Content: All contents of the website, mentorship material, structures, test modules, and downloadable materials (including the Current Affairs PDFs) are the exclusive intellectual property of Edvantage.
Restrictions on Use: Your purchase grants you a personal, single-user license for your own educational and non-commercial preparation. You are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, sharing, compiling, or uploading these PDFs or mentorship materials to any third-party websites, Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, or public drives.
Legal Action: Any unauthorized distribution, piracy, or commercial exploitation of Edvantage's proprietary content will be treated as an infringement of intellectual property rights and will lead to immediate termination of service without a refund, alongside civil and criminal legal action under applicable Indian laws.
4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Edvantage functions as a mentorship and coaching academy. While we strive to provide the most accurate, high-quality, and updated educational resources and current affairs data, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness, performance, or suitability of the information for any specific exam or purpose.
Your use of our Services is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to independently assess whether our mentorship and study materials meet your specific requirements.
Edvantage, its founders, and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or services.
